Up to three webhook-enabled payments per API key may be pending or detected at the same time.
Each API key may send up to three requests per second under the standard beta plan.
Concurrent payment capacity
A slot represents a concurrent webhook-enabled payment, not a delivery attempt.
Manatee reserves capacity while it watches an unpaid or detected payment with a webhook. Delivery retries do not consume additional slots.

The beta removes billing friction while the API and store integrations are evaluated. It is not a promise that future production service will remain free.
