Manatee API is built and operated from Europe for teams that want a practical way to accept Bitcoin payments without handing customer funds to a custodian.

The payment flow stays non-custodial. Your customers send Bitcoin directly to wallet addresses you control, while Manatee monitors the Bitcoin network, tracks payment status, and sends signed webhook events to your backend.

What Manatee does not custody​

Manatee does not hold private keys, seed phrases, or customer funds. It cannot spend, freeze, reverse, or refund Bitcoin. Refunds and treasury operations stay in your own wallet process.
